At Leica Store Miami, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Pack Securely

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories, then place it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier of your choice, ensuring the package is insured for its full value to protect against loss or damage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the equipment for quality assurance; upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
